Making beautiful breakfast oat bowls is currently my thing. Who doesn’t love well plated food before eating them, right? Here’s a simple and healthy breakfast oat recipe that you can enjoy from Monday – Friday!
Total prep time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
7 tbsp. whole rolled oats
1/2 cup organic unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 banana, chopped for garnish
1 mango, thinly sliced for garnish
1 tbsp. ground flax seeds
1 tbsp. cacao nibs
Procedure:
Cook oats based on package instructions. Once the oats are cooked, add almond milk and mix properly. On a large bowl, place cooked oats with milk then start garnishing by creating a mango flower in the middle of the bowl (I just watched a youtube post on how to make a mango flower). Add surround the remaining ingredients.
