Total prep time: 5 minutes
1 frozen banana
3 large frozen strawberries
6 small slices of frozen papaya
3 medium slices of frozen pineapple
1 cup organic unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 tbsp. ground flax seeds
1 tbsp. chia seeds
2 kale leaves
2 lettuce leaves
Procedure: Mix all ingredients in a blender then blend until the consistency is smooth.
