I received a couple of request online that I should make a video with a step by step guide in making my breakfast smoothie. Finally I had a time to film a couple of weeks ago on how I make my usual smoothies after my HIIT exercise.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup pineapple
1 cup almond milk
4 tbsp whole rolled oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp flax seeds
