I have recently noticed that people are choosing healthier alternatives for their meals and smoothie bowls are officially the world’s new breakfast & social media star.

The possibilities are endless from your ingredients to your presentation. I get a couple of ideas online and try to have my own version too.

Here’s an easy to make vegan smoothie bowl recipe that you can whip up in less than 15 mins.

Ingredients:

4 tbsp raw whole rolled oats

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp flax seeds

1/4 cup frozen strawberries

1/4 cup frozen blueberries

1 banana

1/2 avocado

1/2 mango

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Procedure:

In a blender, mix all the ingredients leaving a couple of the ingredients for garnish. Once all the ingredients are blended together, then place the smoothie in a bowl and garnish it with the remaining ingredients.
