My Recipes: Breakfast Oats w/ Avocado & Mango

Eating oats for breakfast has garnered quite a reputation as a preferred healthy early morning meal. Today, I bring you another  recipe to use oats to make your breakfasts event better. These healthy oats for breakfast are guaranteed to flush out bad cholesterol, give a boost to your energy, and aid digestion.  

Total Prep Time: 10-15 minutes

Ingredients:

8 tablespoon whole rolled oats

1/2 cup almond milk

1/2 diced avocado

1/2 diced mango

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 tablespoon flax seeds

Procedure:

1. Cut and dice the fresh fruits into cubed sized pieces.
2. Cook the whole rolled oats with 1/2 cup of almond milk in a pan for about 3-5 minutes or based on the cooking instructions.
3. Transfer the above cooked oats with almond milk to a serving bowl. Leave the mixture to cool for 2-3 minutes.
4.Now add all the cut Fruits and chia & flax seeds to the serving bowl with cooked Oats. Mix all the ingredients well.

Just like with my previous blog post, you can be as creative as possible by replacing some of the ingredients to your preferred ingredients. From regular milk versus almond milk and adding your favorite fruits in season.
