Food & Beverage Reviews: The Pleasure Point Café Siargao

It was 2013 when Dominika Bojova visited Siargao to surf and explore the island and it made her realize that there was no proper coffee around. That’s when she decided to open The Pleasure Point Café last 2014 using local coffee beans.

Located in Purok 5 of General Luna, tucked away from the Tourism Road, lies a laid-back and relaxing café. This charming coffee shop and all-day breakfast place is easily distinguished by locals so it’s easy to get there.

The Pleasure Point Café is a cozy place with a lot of wood accents throughout the entire café and lots of natural light thanks to the al fresco dining area. It also features an open lawn right beside the dining hall where people can chill under the sun. The menu covers breakfast, smoothies, tea and coffee.

You will able to enjoy breakfast all day at Pleasure Point, which is good news for those who usually wake up late. My personal favorites are chia & coconut pudding w fruit, french toast sandwich, ice cafe pleasure point and their calamansi juice.

You can also order a savoury sweet crepe if you’re in the mood, or for those on a healthy diet, their smoothie selection is pretty good too. Match them up with their coffee selection using beans from the Philippines.

There’s a wonderful atmosphere at The Pleasure Point Café because it has the signature Siargao vibe plus a homey feel.
