With Chef Olivier’s 20 plus years of culinary journey from his first introduction to the kitchen in Dunkerque where he learned the basics of French cuisine to his curiosity and passion for food that allowed him to travel from Glasgow, Geneva, Abu Dhabi, Macau and China.
