Here’s a simple and easy to make Asian Meal if you want to prepare something oriental this weekend. The best part of this recipe is it only needs 3 ingredients to marinate and flavor the meat. The sweet vinegar dip is inspired from the cooking class I joined last August in Ho Chi Minh.
Meat + Marinade:
- 4 slabs of pork meat
- 1/2 cup soysauce
- 2 thumbs ginger, peeled and grated
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
Vinegar Dip:
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 5 tablespoon white sugar
- 3 fresh red chilli’s, minced
Directions:
Marinate meat with soysauce, ginger and garlic for about 30 minutes to 1 hour. Grill/pan fry meat until it’s well done. For the dip, mix all ingredients in a bowl until sugar is dissolved. Plate and serve.
Enjoy!

Best recipe ever! It’s different when you’re home schooled for cooking – it has a feel of home and a taste of comfort.
