My Recipes: Weekend Juicing

It’s been a couple of months since I stopped dieting and exercising. But now that I have my new blog, it inspires me to journey with you towards fitness.


Here’s our first step to getting fit!

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and juicing is the best alternative from eating your carbo loaded lunch or dinner. If you are new to juicing, I suggest you start on weekends and see if it works well for you. 🙂 If so, you can slowly transition on weekdays too! Juicing doesn’t have to be too much of an effort. It shouldn’t be necessarily costly too. You can choose to make and drink juice enough for one sitting only, because as healthy as juicing sounds, it can also be a source of harmful bacteria and won’t be good for your body. As the saying goes, “too much of something is bad.”
