My Recipes: Grilled Salmon w/ Mango Yogurt Sauce

Here’s a simple and easy to prepare salmon recipe that will surely impress your friends when you invite them for lunch.


  • salmon (steak cute)
  • cherry tomatoes
  • greek yogurt (you can substitute plain yogurt if greek yogurt is unavailable)
  • 1 ripe mango, finely chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil
  • parsley, for garnish


Season the salmon with salt and pepper. Once your grill is ready, grill the salmon properly and the cherry tomatoes in a bamboo stick drizzled with a little olive oil, salt and pepper. Prep your sauce by combining the yogurt, mango, salt and pepper to taste.

Prep and cook time is about 15-25 minutes.
