Here’s a simple and easy to prepare salmon recipe that will surely impress your friends when you invite them for lunch.
Ingredients:
- salmon (steak cute)
- cherry tomatoes
- greek yogurt (you can substitute plain yogurt if greek yogurt is unavailable)
- 1 ripe mango, finely chopped
- salt and pepper
- olive oil
- parsley, for garnish
Directions:
Season the salmon with salt and pepper. Once your grill is ready, grill the salmon properly and the cherry tomatoes in a bamboo stick drizzled with a little olive oil, salt and pepper. Prep your sauce by combining the yogurt, mango, salt and pepper to taste.
Prep and cook time is about 15-25 minutes.
