- 1/2 kilo beef tenderloin tips
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 can chopped button mushrooms
- 2 boxes of heavy cream
- 1/2 fresh lemon juice
- 1 knorr chicken cube
- black pepper
- chilli flakes
- 1 teaspoon mustard
In a large saucepan, heat oil. Add onion then garlic until it’s caramelized. Add meat and knorr chicken cube, stir until its natural juices will cook the meat. Add the mushrooms and half cup of water. Bring to a boil then reduce the liquid until the water level is half. Add the rest of the ingredients. Simmer for about 5-10 minutes. Serve with garlic rice for a perfect match!
tip: if yo want your sauce to be a little more sour, just add more lemon juice 🙂
