Ingredients.

Vinaigrette :

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • pinch of salt, cayenne and black pepper
  • 4 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 4 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

Salad:

  • romaine lettuce
  • apple
  • dried walnuts and cranberries
  • canned tuna
  • poached egg
  • chia seeds

Directions:
Mix all dressing ingredients in a mason jar and shake it for about one minute. Set aside and start plating all the rest of the ingredients.

Poaching an egg is easy. Fill saucepan with 2/3 water and 2 tablespoon vinegar and bring to a boil. Once the water is boiling bring it down to a simmer. Crack the egg into a bowl and use the bowl to slowy put the egg in the saucepan. Cook time is probably 2-3 minutesdepending on how you want your egg is done. Use a slotted spoon to remove the egg.
Total prep time is 15-20 minutes.
